Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Salmon 80 grams
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sweet Potato 100 grams

Sambal Matah

  • Shallots 2 cloves
  • 2 Small red chili 
  • 1 Big Red Chili 
  • Lemongrass chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shrimp paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. To prepare the salmon, sprinkle it with salt and black pepper, then grill it. 
  2. Remember also to grill the sweet potatoes. 
  3. To make the sambal matah, chop the shallots, large red chilies, small chilies, and lemongrass and mix them. 
  4. Add some salt and lime juice to enhance the flavor. 
  5. Finally, heat some olive oil and pour it over the sambal matah.
