  • 1 cup blueberries (190 g)
  • 2 kiwifruits, peeled and quartered (@69)
  • 2 limes (@67 g)
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 2 Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Peel and separate the oranges.
  2. Peel the tangerines and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Quarter the strawberries.
  4. Mix the oranges, tangerines, and strawberries in a large bowl.
  5. Add blueberries and kiwifruits to the bowl and gently toss.
  6. Finely shred the peel from two limes (you should have one tablespoon).
  7. Squeeze the juice from the two limes (you should have 1/4 cup).
  8. Gently stir the lime peel and fluid into the fruit mixture.
  9. Cover the bowl and chill the fruit salad until serving or for up to 4 hours.
  10. Optionally, you can garnish with mint and lime wedges.
