Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 liters of coconut water
- 8 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions
- To make cranberry juice, bring cranberries and water to a boil in a Dutch oven or large saucepan. Then, reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for around 20 minutes until the berries start to pop.
